Due to overwhelming demand following its sold-out run last season, vienna theatre project returns to Theater Drachengasse with the Austrian Premiere of this witty, moving, and deeply human Broadway hit by award-winning playwright Israel Horovitz.
When down-on-his-luck Mathias Gold arrives in Vienna to claim the elegant apartment inherited from his estranged father, he dreams of a fresh start. Instead, he discovers two mysterious women already living there – and finds himself caught in an unexpected and life-changing twist of fate.
Blending sharp humour with heartbreak and warmth, My Old Lady is a beautifully layered story about love, regret, second chances, and the surprising connections that can transform our lives at any age.
A huge audience favourite last season, this unforgettable production returns for those who missed it — and for those eager to experience it again. Intimate theatre at its very best, My Old Lady is funny, touching, and not to be missed
